How do I receive my shipping label after payment?
After you select a rate and complete the payment, your shipping label will be generated automatically. It will download as a PDF, open in a new tab for easy access, and be emailed to the address you provided during the checkout process.
What are the package size and weight limits for domestic shipping?
The limits depend on the carrier service used. For USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express, the maximum weight is 70 lbs, with a maximum combined length and girth of 130 inches for Ground Advantage and 108 inches for Priority Mail and Express. For lightweight packages under 1 lb using USPS First-Class Package Service, the maximum weight is 15.999 oz, with dimensions not exceeding 22 inches long, 18 inches wide, and 15 inches thick. Ensure your package meets these requirements to avoid additional fees.
What happens if I enter incorrect shipment details?
The rates provided by our calculator are based on the dimensions, weight, and addresses you enter. If the details are incorrect, the rate may not be accurate, and you could face additional charges from the carrier. On the confirmation page, we display the entered details so you can double-check before purchasing the label. Do you offer tracking for domestic shipments?
Yes, all domestic shipments through Gulf Breeze Logistics include tracking. Once your label is generated, you’ll receive a tracking number that you can use to monitor your package’s journey. For USPS shipments, delivery confirmation is included.
How do I send my package after purchasing a label?
After purchasing your label, we recommend dropping off your package at the chosen carrier’s location and obtaining a receipt for your records. Alternatively, you can arrange a pickup directly through the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
